How Many People Can You Accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 200 persons.

What is the rental fee and what's included in that price?

Our rental fee is $5,000 and includes tables and chairs. We also have dressing rooms for both the groom/groomsmen and the bride/bridesmaids. An extensive list of of all that is included can be found on the Facilities and Amenities page.

How many hours does the rental fee include, and is there an overtime fee if I stay longer?

The rental fee includes 4 hours on Friday for the rehearsal, although dinner must be held at another location. Saturday hours are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. There is an overtime fee of $50 every 15 minutes after 10:00 pm. This is out of courtesy for our neighbors.

How much is the deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable?

There is a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. It is due at the time of booking to hold your weekend.

What's the payment plan for the entire bill? What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment is due in full 30 days prior to your wedding date. We accept card (in person) or check.

How much time is allocated for the rehearsal?

Four hours on Friday are allowed for the rehearsal. 2:00pm - 6:00 pm is preferred, however, we are flexible if it needs to be moved.

What's the cancellation policy?

A 50% refund two weeks before (minus the deposit). No refund if cancelled one week or less prior to event.

What's your weather contingency (backup) plan for outdoor spaces?

If rain shows up, we can move the ceremony to the barn.
